This month we will be leaning about mindfulness from Jon Ogden. Life is moving at an accelerated pace, calling us from task to task to task. If we're not mindful, one day can slip into the next while we wonder where the time went. With deliberate practice, however, we can slow time down and savor each moment.
Join us to practice basic mindfulness and explore ways to delight in life, independent of conditions. We’ll go over some guided mindful practices (no prior experience necessary) and small and large group discussions to transform how we build community together. Jon has practiced mindfulness for more than a decade, primarily via offerings at Lower Lights School of Wisdom. We hope to see you there!
