To help ensure all individuals, with or without disabilities, can access information on our website, we strive to comply with WCAG 2.1, level AA website accessibility standards. Please be aware that our efforts to make our website accessible are ongoing and will continue until patrons with disabilities can access and use our website in a manner comparable to the online experience provided to patrons without disabilities.

If you have difficulty accessing our website, please contact us at information@provolibrary.org or by calling 801-852-6650 so we can begin the process of correcting it. Please indicate the nature of your accessibility problem, the preferred format in which to receive the material, the web address of the requested material, and your contact information. 

Our initial response will be by email within five business days or sooner if possible. If you are contacting us by phone, Provo Library staff will strive to provide the information needed during the call. If the issue is more complex, we will take your information and call you back within five business days. “Business days” means any day the Library is open to the public according to the schedule posted on the Library’s website.

Users who need accessibility assistance can also contact us by phone through the Federal Information Relay Service at 1-800-877-8339 for TTY/Voice communication.
